Qatar On Brink of Losing 2022 World Cup
As you know, Mexico, the United States, and Canada have consolidated a bid to host the 2026 World Cup, gaining major international support prior to the bidding process even starting. However, the biggest news coming out right now is that the bid might be moved up to 2022 due to Qatar's current diplomatic crisis.
USA Today first reported Qatar's potential trouble back in June, you can see the article here. Those troubles have continued to escalate as no solution even appears to be close between the Gulf states. Add to this the additional headache of having to host a winter World Cup, due to the extensive 120+ degree heat and the shorter winter break window as opposed to the 2-3 summer month break, and FIFA bailing on Qatar seems pretty reasonable.
We are excited about this, not the Gulf State problems just the World Cup to CONCACAF part, so lets hope it happens. What I do know is that regardless of whether the World Cup is in the Qatar or in our backard we, PVA Soldados, will be ready to cheer on El Tri!

More importantly, take the World Cup away from a country that should not have the games for a multitude of reasons.
