Q: Are the tickets shipped or sent electronically?
A: The tickets are etickets. You will receive an email within 48 hours of purchase with instructions on how to download your tickets.
Q: Can I pick me seats?
A: No. You will be seated with La Porra in our sections but the tickets are sent first come first serve. You cannot pick seats. We will assign you the seat based on your order's standing in line.
Q: How much are the shipping costs?
A: ZERO! All our tickets are now etickets and you can download them onto your phone.
Q: How do I know your tickets are legit? I have been scammed before!
A: We have been cheering on La Seleccion since 2013. We have been featured by countless publications, tv stations, and international websites. Feel free to join us at the tailgate and introduce yourself.
Q: Why do I have to pay shipping for the eticket + scarf?
A: Because we have to ship you the scarf.
Q: Are tickets refundable?
A: Tickets and deposits are nonrefundable. All purchases are final.
Q: Are seats assigned or can I sit anywhere I want?
A: All tickets have an assigned seat. You MUST sit in your seat as our section is NOT a general admission section. Stadium ushers will check seats and ensure only those assigned
Q: I want to sit with my friends, can you make it happen!
A: The best way to ensure you and your friends are sitting together is to buy all your tickets in one order. This way we will sit you all together! If you and your friend buy on different orders we will do our best to help you.
Q: If I make a deposit when do I have to make the full payment?
A: You will be notified with an invoice on Feb 1, 2020, and final payment is due by Feb 15, 2020.
